Challenge

The challenge our client faced was the absence of accessible and transparent online business insurance options. This gap in the market left businesses struggling to find suitable coverage without the hassle of traditional, opaque processes.

SOLUTION

We developed a comprehensive digital product and prioritised creating a platform that provided businesses with easy access to transparent insurance solutions, by focusing on clarity, simplicity, and accessibility.

               The conceptualization behind the logo design was rooted in simplicity yet carried profound symbolism. It aimed to encapsulate the essence of the business, emphasizing its dynamic and forward-moving nature, synonymous with growth and progress, and of course Insurance, which is represented by the ‘Safety Arc’.

3D Character Building Concepts

We aimed to create a character or mascot for the brand to serve as a focal point for our marketing campaigns. Initially, our brainstorming sessions led us down the path of conventional symbols and representations commonly associated with insurance – shields, hands offering protection, or friendly faces exuding trustworthiness.

However, as we delved deeper into these familiar territories, we realised that these ideas lacked the distinctive edge we were seeking. They felt predictable and failed to capture the essence of the brand in a way that truly resonated with our audience.

It was this realization that prompted us to pivot our approach. We decided to break away from the mainstream and explore concepts that were unexpected and thought-provoking. We challenged ourselves to think beyond the traditional imagery of the insurance industry and instead focused on crafting a character or mascot that would evoke curiosity, spark conversations, and leave a lasting impression.

By embracing this unconventional mindset, we opened ourselves up to a world of creative possibilities. We experimented with diverse themes, drawing inspiration from unexpected sources such as nature, technology, and abstract symbolism. Through this exploration, we discovered new and innovative ways to represent our brand that aligned more closely with our values, vision, and identity.

In the end, our decision to think outside the box and embrace the unconventional led us to a character or mascot that was truly unique, memorable, and perfectly suited to convey the essence of our brand in our marketing campaigns.

               Through strategic branding and design decisions, we successfully transformed our client's challenge into an opportunity to revolutionize the way businesses access and understand insurance online. With a tailored digital product that speaks directly to their audience's needs, BimaKavach is now equipped to make a meaningful impact in the market and empower businesses to protect their interests with confidence.

Rebranding 2023

Following a successful funding round, significant changes were introduced to the overall approach of Bimakavach. The increased resources enabled the company to expand its reach and capabilities, leading to a broader appeal across various audience segments. As a result, the target demographic evolved, encompassing not only the initial audience but also Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and startups.

Recognizing the need to effectively engage with this diverse audience landscape, Bimakavach embarked on a strategic rebranding journey. This decision was driven by the desire to establish meaningful connections with SMEs and startups while maintaining resonance with existing clientele. By adopting a fresh approach and refining its messaging, Bimakavach aimed to position itself as a versatile and inclusive solution provider capable of meeting the diverse needs of its expanded audience base.
